Secondary Emission due to Fluorescence

Fluorescence by Xr-ray characterirtic or Continuum.

Enable/Disable the fluorescence option:

· The user can choose one of the above options, note that this can be very usefull to chekc the effect of the fluorescence in one sample.

Below an illustration with a .96 um of Pt on a Ni Substrate. The Ni Ka relative intensity (pure standard) is displayed in the three cases

Description:

· 1 : No fluorescence.

· 2 : Fluorescence by the Pt L lines.

· 3 : Fluorescence by the continuum.
