    The analysis file has already been selected, at this point, the program shows the elements included in the analysis file and that will therefore be acquired by HiMax. The check box allows the user to also acquire background images on each element automatically. Last HiMax can acquire a series of images at different stage locations. They must have been defined in the corresponding Stage position file.
