The BATCH program can execute a series of files sequentially.

    Batch can acquire line scans (spectrometer, stage, beam), update standards, run automatic analyses and finally acquire images.

    The example above shows a spectrum acquisition (*.lsc) followed by a two standards update (*.std), then a quantitative analysis (*.ana) and finally an image acquisition (*.hmx).
