Since its inception, SAMx has designed and developed the following innovative and important software products for the microanalysis market : STRATA (1991), XMAS( 1993), HiMax(1995), IDFix(1999), MaxView(1999), OptiX(1999), MaxView XL(2000), PicoX(2000), MASH(2002), SDD(2003), .
